A wealthy businesswoman with big plans for Wallis Heads, a coastal town in Australia; a ruthless character who sparks a bitter rivalry with the town's residents.


Grace Delahunty - Female - Playing age - 50s/60s

Alex's long-serving assistant who eventually backs the residents against Alex


Penny Poulter - Female - Playing age - 30s/40s

Leads an almost idyllic life in Wallis Heads but tries to hold back progress when Alex's plans are revealed. A feisty woman who doesn’t mince words


Rachel Poulter - Female - Playing age - 17

The teenage daughter of Penny Poulter who is keen for the change that Alex plans


Alan Bridger - Male - Playing age - 50s/60s/70s

The mayor of Wallis Heads, a former Senior Sergeant from Queensland who must collaborate with Alex
